I'm Toma — a certified personal trainer working online with clients who want results that last, not just a hard workout to post about.

My own training journey moved through heavy strength work, pilates-based control training, and rehab from injury — and I kept noticing the same gap: most programs pick one lane and ignore the others. Strength coaches overload bodies that aren't ready. Pilates instructors build control but skip load. Rehab specialists fix the injury and stop there.

I built RestartBodyLab to close that gap — a system where strength, control, and recovery work together instead of competing.

No. The system adapts to where you're starting from, whether that's your first ever session or you're returning after years away.

That's a big part of what this method is built for. We start with a movement assessment so training works around your injury, not against it. For anything serious, I'll ask you to clear it with your doctor first.

Yes — all sessions run live over video call. You'll need a bit of floor space and whatever basic equipment we agree on during your consult.

We'll figure this out together in your consult based on what you have at home — many programs can start with little to no equipment.
